## Data Collection

Qibla Navigator does **not** collect, store, or transmit any personal data. The app runs entirely on-device.

## Permissions

| Permission | Purpose |
|---|---|
| **Location** (GPS) | Calculates Qibla direction and sun position relative to your current coordinates. No location data leaves your device. |
| **Camera** | Augmented reality overlay (Vernier-styled Qibla indicator). Camera feed is processed locally and never recorded or transmitted. |
| **Device Orientation** (Gyroscope/Compass) | Determines device heading so the Qibla arrow points correctly. Orientation data stays on-device. |

## Third-Party Services

- **Google Maps** — displays your location and the Qibla heading on a map. Google's [Privacy Policy](https://policies.google.com/privacy) applies to map tiles and map data loaded from Google servers.
- **Google Play Services** — used for location and maps APIs. Governed by Google's privacy policy.

## Data Storage

No data is stored persistently by the app. No account, login, or profile is required.
